Job Summary: This person will contribute to the construction, assembly, operation, troubleshooting, and refinement of complex mechanical and electromechanical prototypes.

Job Summary: This person will contribute to the construction, assembly, operation, troubleshooting, and refinement of complex mechanical and electromechanical prototypes.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial builds of complex prototype mechanical assemblies, including custom electromechanical actuators, gearboxes, and structural components for advanced robotic platforms.
- Set up, program, and operate CNC-like machines to support prototype fabrication efforts.
- Maintain safe, clean, and organized workspaces, adhering to all safety standards and regulations.
- Develop, design, and document detailed assembly processes and work techniques to enable high-quality and repeatable builds.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 years of hands-on mechanical experience in areas such as robotics, CNC machining, motorsports, automotive, aerospace, or similar high-performance mechanical fields.
- Expertise in assembling, troubleshooting, and servicing complex mechanical and electromechanical systems.
- Previous CNC programming and operation experience; 5 years preferred.
- Strong understanding of mechanical principles, including gears, bearings, pneumatics, and general mechanical troubleshooting.
