Job Summary: This person will work closely with the Inventory Control Specialist and build technicians to ensure the timely delivery, organization, and tracking of materials in a fast-paced R&D environment.

Job Summary: This person will work closely with the Inventory Control Specialist and build technicians to ensure the timely delivery, organization, and tracking of materials in a fast-paced R&D environment.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and kit materials for builds, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery to the build team.
- Transport components, subassemblies, and circuit boards between inventory, build teams, and electrical technicians for rework and testing.
- Move completed or unused parts back to inventory, updating records to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Assist in tracking and verifying material availability, reporting shortages or discrepancies to the Inventory Control Specialist.
- Safely move materials between storage areas, build spaces, and test stations using appropriate handling methods.
Requirements:
- Experience in material handling, kitting, or logistics in an R&D, prototype, or technical environment.
- Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems such as SAP, Salesforce, or equivalent for inventory tracking.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple material flow tasks.
- Comfortable lifting up to 50 pounds and operating material handling equipment.
- Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets) for tracking and communication.
