Contract Length:  3 months with possible extension or conversion

Responsibilities: 
 

• Set up, program, and operate CNC lathes and mills to perform machining tasks as per job specifications
• Operate both CNC and manual machines efficiently
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and job orders to determine machining dimensions and tolerances
• Select, align, and secure tool holders, cutting tools, attachments, and materials on machines
• Monitor machine operations to ensure proper function and make necessary adjustments
• Conduct quality inspections of finished products to ensure adherence to specifications

• 2-4 years of experience in CNC lathe and mill setup, programming, and operation
• High school diploma, GED or equivalent
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure high-quality output
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make necessary machine adjustments
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Must be fluent in English
