Job Summary: This person will be part of a team which is accountable for building the functionality to track and report progress on sustainability goals as well as improving processes related to sourcing sustainable goods and materials.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze complex cross-functional business processes and define business and functional requirements in the form of Features and User Stories
- Create product team deliverables including business process maps, data flow diagrams, user journey maps, and use case scenarios, using industry standard techniques
- Facilitate and contribute to team backlog refinement, including user story documentation, estimation & testing considerations
- Collaborate on the creation of test cases
- Act as a functional SME for business stakeholders and the scrum team
- Communicate effectively with senior business stakeholders to identify and prioritize needs, articulate business impact and evaluate alternative business solutions
Requirements:
- 5-10 years IT BA experience
- Experience with agile methodologies
- Strong understanding and exhibited experience with business analysis best practices
- Knowledge of IT Software development lifecycle
- Ability to work independently and as a team member alongside matrix project teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate to both technical engineers and business users
