Responsibilities:
- Perform assembly operations using hand tools, power tools, and various machinery as required. Read and interpret assembly instructions, blueprints, and diagrams to ensure accurate and precise assembly of components.
- Inspect and verify the quality of assembled components and finished products to ensure they meet established standards and specifications. Identify and report any defects or non-conformities to the supervisor for further action.
- Conduct functional tests on assembled products to verify proper operation and identify any potential issues. Troubleshoot and diagnose malfunctions, making necessary adjustments or repairs as needed.
- Maintain an organized inventory of components, parts, and tools necessary for the assembly process.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or vocational training in a relevant field is preferred.
- Previous experience in assembly work or a related manufacturing environment
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and assembly instructions.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with various hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments.
- Ability to follow precise instructions and work with attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Basic understanding of electrical and electronic components is advantageous.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures in a manufacturing environment.
