Job Summary: This person will report to the Test Operations Manager in the Software Quality Group and be on a team of software/hardware technicians that are responsible for testing and upkeep of our internal fleet of Spot robots.

Job Summary: This person will report to the Test Operations Manager in the Software Quality Group and be on a team of software/hardware technicians that are responsible for testing and upkeep of our internal fleet of Spot robots.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain test infrastructure and tools which support hardware and software testing validation and qualification
- Oversight of Spot robot internal SQA fleet, maintaining constant runtime to validate long duration robustness and reliability.
- Performs audits and tests of software products in accordance with software test plans and procedures.
- Debug and characterize defects, providing detailed configuration and descriptions for passing and failing tests for product evaluation reports.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of prior experience as a hardware or software technician
- Previous understanding of robotics systems including sensors, actuators, mechanical and software systems
- Keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- High level of initiative and ability to work independently as well as within a team setting
- Enjoy hands-on testing and fixing hardware, with a ‘tinkerer/builder’ mindset
- Experience with software workflow tools, in particular Jira and TestRail
