Job Summary: EDI Specialist is responsible for the on-boarding of external partners (transportation carriers and 3rd party logistics providers) on EDI to enable the flow of information.

Responsibilities:
- Partner with Logistics and IT teams to on-board new transportation carriers and 3rd party providers to the EDI program. Send and receive test data, review data for compliance to requirements.
- Evaluate and enforce compliance to EDI program requirements with a focus on identifying and determining systemic versus operational EDI issues.
- Research and execute action plans to address EDI issues and errors with external partners, escalating to the appropriate internal business partners for support when necessary.
- Develop, analyze, and publish EDI exception and compliance reporting. Make recommendations to enhance and provide more effective and actionable reports and summaries.
- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Experience
- 2+ years of relevant experience working with EDI
- Experience within Supply Chain / Logistics or Transportation a plus
- Analytical approach to problem solving, leveraging strong proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships
